Position Summary

The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality, customer service, staff management, and problem-solving. A positive attitude and lead-by-example approach are essential to make our guests feel welcome and appreciated.

Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service.
2. Operate POS system for orders and payments.
3. Prepare and package customer orders.
4. Maintain cleanliness of cooking and prep areas.
5. Operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
6. Know menu items and ingredients thoroughly.
7. Ensure food quality and quantity.

Requirements
