Position Summary: At Dunkin' Donuts, the Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality and availability, efficiency, excellent customer service, effective staff management, and problem solving. Shift awareness and a positive attitude are essential. Lead by example to make guests feel welcome and appreciated.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
3. Prepare and package customer orders to satisfaction.
4. Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas.
5. Operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
6. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
7. Ensure food quality and quantity.

Requirements:

1. Minimum age of 18.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Physical dexterity to move up to 50 lbs.
4. Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
5. Basic math, written, and verbal skills.
