Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members across shifts and ensure brand standards are met in service and food/beverage preparation. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team by providing timely feedback to deliver excellent guest service.

You will support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals, manage shift coverage, handle guest issues, and ensure cash handling and policy compliance throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift (food/beverage prep, presentation).
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and use of resources.
• Support training of team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to company policies.
• Provide great guest service and handle complaints when needed.
