Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a proactive Store Manager for a franchise location operated by GPM Investments, LLC. Lead daily operations, inspire a team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise shift leaders and crew, manage schedules, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive store growth through strong leadership and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years in a food service/retail environment preferred.
• Valid driver license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of assistants, shift leaders, and crew.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor customer service, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product prep.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• Desired, but not required 2+ years in a food service/retail environment
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts
• Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis
