Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Lead Shift Leader to join our Massachusetts team. The role focuses on maintaining Dunkin’ operation standards, helping guests and staff, and guiding a motivated crew through training and supervision.

You’ll need strong organizational skills and a people-first approach to ensure excellent guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring prior retail or foodservice experience and a willingness to work flexible hours across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
