Job summary

Dunkin' Davenport is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic team, oversee daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll drive sales through great service, manage inventory and scheduling, and promote a positive, inclusive culture while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must have vehicle of your own and a valid driver's license
• Must be reliable and punctual
