CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

• Executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Preparing all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
• Following all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
• Maintaining a clean and neat workstation
• Completing all required training and supporting the training of other team members

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• A passion for providing friendly service
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Ability to work well within a team
• Ability to learn and follow standards and procedures
• Ability to communicate clearly and understand English

PREFERRED

• Experience in the restaurant, QSR, fast food or retail industry
