Position Summary:

A Crew Member greets and serves guests, prepares and packages food, operates a Point of Sale (POS) system, maintains sanitation and safety standards, and completes daily paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Provides fast, friendly customer service
• Operates a POS system and takes orders
• Prepares and packages customer orders
• Cleans and maintains the work area
• Operates coffee and sandwich equipment
• Demonstrates knowledge of menu items
• Ensures food quality and quantity

Requirements:

• Minimum age 16
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50lbs.
• Ability to operate a POS system
• Basic math and communication skills
• Enthusiasm and team spirit
• Commitment to customer service
