Job summary

Dunkin in Town of Hamlin, NY is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and shift leaders. You will lead floor operations, reinforce Brand Training programs, and ensure guest satisfaction and profitability at a single Dunkin location.

You will supervise team members, conduct staff trainings, and help implement product rollouts while adhering to Dunkin standards and franchisee policies. English proficiency and basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with the Restaurant Manager.

• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Support RM in labor scheduling and ensuring shifts are staffed to meet guest demand.

Overview:An Assistant Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and Team.They perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence. Primary duties generally include floor operations, and Brand Training programs. Generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/ her team to deliver great friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales of a single restaurant.
