Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and lead the team in daily operations. You will oversee floor operations, brand training programs, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding Dunkin' standards and franchisee policies.

You will help manage staffing, safety, and inventory, and participate in product launches and marketing activities to drive profitable top-line sales for the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong math/financial basics for numbers and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager to align on goals and priorities.
• Oversee brand training programs and certify team members and shift leaders.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed consistently.
• Maintain guest-focused culture and address guest feedback to drive improvements.
• Monitor operations to ensure safety, sanitation and legal compliance.
• Support in scheduling, staffing and labor cost control.
• Assist in inventory, cost containment and supplier orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the RM on product launches, marketing and in-store activities.

Position Title: Assistant Restaurant ManagerReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:An Assistant Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and Team.They perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence. Primary duties generally include floor operations, and Brand Training programs. Generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/ her team to deliver great friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales of a single restaurant.
