We are hiring immediately for an Assistant Restaurant Manager position with competitive pay up to $18/hour and excellent benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Overview

An Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager, leads floor operations, and manages Brand Training programs. Responsibilities include providing strong leadership, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering great guest experiences in compliance with Dunkin' standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Lead team meetings and oversee training and certification of staff
  • Ensure standards, recipes, and systems are followed
  • Create a guest-focused culture and review guest feedback for improvements
  • Support product rollouts, marketing, and in-store setup
  • Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Control costs and assist with inventory and labor scheduling
  • Manage cash handling and engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations
Management Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members
  • Assist with performance appraisals and coaching to improve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills and basic math/financial management
  • Fluent in English, with previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
