GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Dunkin' Donuts Assistant Manager in Kingsport, TN to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitable sales. The role includes recruiting, training, and coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and managing daily operations with focus on guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, handle scheduling, and support financial goals, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth in a franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative environment, providing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in recruiting and training, ensuring the team is skilled and ready to deliver top-notch service.
• Uphold and exceed Brand standards for a high-quality guest experience.
• Manage operations to maximize guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
