Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Dune Attendant to deliver warm, professional service in an oceanfront setting. This year-round position offers the chance to create memorable experiences for members and guests while working at a premier luxury resort.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving menu items, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The role requires flexibility, the ability to work outdoors, and strong guest-service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service, hospitality, or food/beverage preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong guest interaction skills.
• Ability to handle payments accurately and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to established standards.
• Process cash and credit-card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area.
• Replenish food, beverages, condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and responsible-service procedures.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Dune House and surrounding service area.
• Respond promptly to member and guest requests.
• Communicate effectively with culinary, food and beverage, and resort teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities
