Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in dough prep (pastry, pizza, etc.) is a plus.
• Willing to learn and eager to be challenged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, measure, and cut dough.
• Roll dumpling skins and stuff dumplings.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dumpling room.
• Attend monthly staff and dumpling meetings.
