SRM Concrete is seeking a safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to deliver rock, sand, and gravel to job sites and customers, with a commitment to reliable, professional service. You will drive a dump truck, perform inspections, and comply with DOT regulations, while representing SRM with integrity.

The role offers local routes, home daily, and opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and benefits. Strong work ethic and a customer-first attitude are essential for success at SRM.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials within the quarry and to designated locations.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Plan routes, follow delivery schedules, and communicate proactively with dispatch and team members.
• Maneuver trucks for loading and unloading, verifying delivery instructions and ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Keep your truck clean and well-maintained, performing minor repairs as needed.
• Represent SRM with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service on every job.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials within the quarry and to designated locations.

• Valid Class B CDL and a proven record of safe driving.

• Effective communication skills for working with dispatchers, coworkers, and customers.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage time to meet delivery schedules.

• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
• Experience in dump truck or heavy equipment operation is helpful, but a strong work ethic and eagerness to serve are most important.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
