SRM Concrete is seeking a safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to deliver rock, sand, and gravel to job sites. You will perform pre-trip inspections, follow delivery schedules, and communicate with dispatch.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and professional representation of SRM on every load. You will operate locally, maintain DOT compliance, and be part of a team that values hard work and exceptional service.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials within the quarry and to designated locations.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Plan routes, follow delivery schedules, and communicate proactively with dispatch and team members.
• Maneuver trucks for loading and unloading, verifying delivery instructions and ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Keep your truck clean and well-maintained, performing minor repairs as needed.
• Represent SRM with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service on every job.

What Sets You Apart

• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
• Experience in dump truck or heavy equipment operation is helpful, but a strong work ethic and eagerness to serve are most important.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
