SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a safety-minded Dump Truck Driver to deliver rock, sand, and gravel to our customers and job sites. You will operate a dump truck, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and work with dispatch to meet schedules, while upholding our commitment to safety and quality.

Our drivers enjoy home nightly routes, no Sunday work, and competitive hourly pay with overtime, plus benefits and opportunities to grow with a growing nationwide company.

Competenze

• Valid Class B or A CDL and a proven record of safe driving.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Excellent vision, hand-eye coordination, and physical fitness to perform all driving and maintenance tasks.
• Effective communication skills for working with dispatchers, coworkers, and customers.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage time to meet delivery schedules.
• Positive, “go-getter” mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
• Experience in dump truck or heavy equipment operation is helpful, but a strong work ethic and eagerness to serve are most important.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
