Cycle Construction Co., LLC is hiring dependable CDL Drivers to support civil and marine construction across South Louisiana. This role focuses on operating dump and roll-off trucks for material hauling and jobsite support.

We seek team players who are reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to support multiple field operations. Expect daily inspections, logs, and DOT compliance as core duties.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B license; Class A strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Experience operating dump trucks and/or roll-off trucks preferred.
• Clean MVR and strong focus on safe operation.
• Valid DOT drug test, physical, and pre-employment screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks and roll-off trucks safely and efficiently.
• Haul construction materials, debris, equipment, and containers.
• Support civil and marine construction operations across multiple jobsites.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain driver logs, tickets, invoices, and DOT documentation.
• Operate forklifts and construction equipment as needed.
• Assisting with general jobsite and fleet support operations.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and follow all company safety requirements.

About Cycle Construction

Cycle Construction is hiring dependable and safety-focused CDL Drivers to support civil and marine construction projects across South Louisiana. This position primarily focuses on operating dump trucks and roll-off trucks for material hauling, debris removal, and jobsite support operations.

Work Includes:

• Operating dump trucks and roll-off trucks safely and efficiently

• Hauling construction materials, debris, equipment, and containers

• Supporting civil and marine construction operations across multiple jobsites

• Performing daily vehicle inspections and basic preventative maintenance

• Maintaining driver logs, tickets, invoices, and DOT documentation

• Operating vehicles equipped with dash camera and AI-assisted driver safety systems

• Loading, unloading, and securing materials safely

• Operating forklifts and construction equipment as needed

• Assisting with general jobsite and fleet support operations

• Participating in daily safety meetings and following all company safety requirements

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class B license required (Class A strongly preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience preferred

• Experience operating dump trucks and/or roll-off trucks preferred

• Clean MVR and strong focus on safe operation

• Valid TWIC card (required or ability to obtain)

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical jobsite activities

• Reliable transportation and steel-toe boots required

• Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong team mentality

• Must pass applicable DOT drug test, physical, and pre-employment screenings
