Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, block, mortar and asphalt in mountainous terrain.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials and heavy equipment to and from construction sites. This role requires a CDL license.

Duties

• Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, block, mortar and asphalt in mountainous terrain
• Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment, including a bobcat, skid steer and/or excavator
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, materials transported, and vehicle maintenance records
• Review delivery ticket pre-haul instructions and perform accurately
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations

Skills

• CDL - Class B required, Class A preferred
• MVR meeting company and DOT standards
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Proficient in dump truck driving (manual transmission)
• Experience with heavy equipment operation
