Job summary

Kids for the Future in Mesa, AZ is seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our 100% employee-owned, family-run heavy civil construction team. You will transport materials such as ABC, Crushed Rock and Spoils between job sites and ensure timely, safe deliveries.

The ideal candidate will operate 16- or 18-yard dump trucks, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain delivery records, follow safety policies, and assist with loading/unloading as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating dump trucks on construction sites.
• Ability to drive manual transmission.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions.
• Strong safety and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to and from job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain delivery records and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Communicate with dispatchers and site managers.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a dump truck to transport various materials such as ABC, Crushed Rock and Spoils from construction. You will play a crucial role in our construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and safe delivery of materials to designated locations.

Requirements

• Operate a simple 16, or simple 18 dump truck in a safe and efficient manner
• Transport materials to and from job sites, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of material deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and other team members.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on the truck as required.
• No restrictions on Drivers License
• “ MUST” be able to drive Manuel transmission
