Pave Right Solution is seeking a full-time CDL Class A dump truck driver to support our paving and excavation operations, primarily in New Jersey with occasional Philadelphia-area projects.

The role mostly involves night shifts, safe operation of dump trucks, pre- and post-trip inspections, and coordination with field crews to keep projects moving smoothly. Strong preference for manual 8-speed experience and paving/excavation background.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating a manual 8-speed transmission strongly preferred.
• Previous dump truck experience preferred.
• Prior paving, asphalt, excavation, or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Strong communication skills with supervisors, dispatch, and field crews.
• Ability to safely load, transport, and unload construction materials.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overnight and flexible hours based on project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks to transport asphalt, stone, dirt, millings, and other materials.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain delivery records.
• Communicate with field crews and dispatch to support projects.
• Assist paving operations while maintaining a safe work environment.

Role Description

Pave Right Solution is seeking a full-time CDL Class A Dump Truck Driver to support our paving and excavation operations. Most work will be located in New Jersey, with occasional projects in the Philadelphia area. This position primarily works night shifts, depending on project schedules.

The ideal candidate will safely operate dump trucks to transport asphalt, stone, dirt, millings, and other construction materials between plants and job sites. Drivers will conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain delivery records, communicate with field crews, and assist in supporting paving operations while maintaining a safe work environment.
