Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified or actively pursuing alcohol and drug certification with 2+ years of experience.
• BA/BS in human services with 1+ year of alcohol/drug experience.
• Knowledge of California Title 9 DUI program as a provider.
• Ability to produce legible, clear written documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload as prescribed by the Program Manager.
• Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and related services.
• Document and chart client progress; complete required paperwork timely.
• Attend treatment meetings and contribute to treatment/discharge plans.
• Designate new target goals aligned with treatment goals.
• Initiate timely interventions and integrate clinical concepts.
• Assist in program development and service delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with staff to manage client behavior and needs.
• Schedule daily activities and short-term groups.
