Job summary

Cherokee Federal is hiring a Supply Technician – Due and Status File (DASF) to manage due-ins, due-outs, backorders, requisitions, and status information for SECREP sourcing and inventory management.

You will review and maintain data, track asset movements, and coordinate with supply, maintenance, warehouse, and customer teams to resolve discrepancies. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of reparable-management experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of military reparable-management experience.
• Experience with inventory management, distribution support, stock positioning, sourcing, or supply-status management.
• Ability to apply RIP secondary-reparable management processes and procedures.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and maintain due and status file information.
• Track requisitions, backorders, due-ins, due-outs, and asset movements.
• Coordinate with supply, maintenance, warehouse, and customer personnel to resolve status discrepancies.
• Support analysis of customer wait time, fill rate, backorder performance, and asset availability.
• Assist with weekly status reports and other required SECREP reporting.
• Support accurate asset issue, receipt, accountability, and redistribution activities.
