Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Supply Technician – Fiscal to provide fiscal and financial support for SECREP operations, including tracking obligations, pricing impacts, and documentation that supports accountable inventory management.

You will coordinate with Site Leads, supply technicians, and Government personnel to ensure fiscal records are accurate and complete, process transactions, and assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• One to two years of military reparable-management experience.
• Experience with inventory management, distribution support, stock positioning, sourcing, and supply transactions.
• Ability to apply RIP secondary-reparable management processes and procedures.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Support fiscal management functions associated with SECREP inventory, sourcing, returns, repairs, and redistribution.
• Track SECREP obligations, credits, pricing impacts, financial data, and related transactions.
• Assist with analysis of RIP financial data and wholesale or retail pricing impacts.
• Validate financial documentation and coordinate resolution of transaction discrepancies.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly fiscal and SECREP performance reporting.
• Coordinate with Site Leads, supply technicians, and Government personnel to ensure fiscal records support accurate inventory accountability.
