The St. Cloud Area School District 742 is seeking a Due Process Coach to support special education teachers in completing documentation and ensuring compliance with due process requirements. This position is a Teacher on Special Assignment with variable hours based on program needs. Reports to the Director of Special Education. Salary range: $49,141 - $90,362 per year.
Preferred qualifications include experience in leading professional development, district or school leadership, and familiarity with due process related to school discipline and suspension, including Manifestation Determination meetings and documentation.
The Due Process Coach will collaborate with teachers, supervisors, and district staff to ensure excellence in due process completion and special education programming. The role involves coaching licensed staff, supporting documentation, and compliance tracking.
