Salary: USD130000 - USD180000 per year

A well-established faith-based organization is seeking an experienced Due Diligence Attorney to join its team. This unique opportunity offers the chance to work on sophisticated transactions involving closely held business interests, real estate, and other complex assets while supporting a mission-driven organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling business transactions, including business formations, governance matters, acquisitions, and sales of businesses. Experience with private equity and M&A transactions is highly preferred. This attorney will analyze legal risks, structure and negotiate transactions, review and draft agreements, and partner with internal stakeholders on a variety of complex gift and asset-related matters.
