Job summary

MassMutual in Boston seeks a Due Diligence Analyst to conduct initial and ongoing evaluation of investment offerings and oversee manager due diligence, helping shape the firm's due diligence framework.

You will work across Investments, Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Risk Management to translate findings into actionable recommendations, drive efficiency, and build scalable oversight capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience evaluating investment products and asset classes.
• 2+ years of experience presenting investment analyses to senior leadership, committees, or key stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience leading or supporting process improvement, business transformation or operational change.
• 2+ years of experience using investment research tools and databases (e.g., Morningstar, Bloomberg).
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment managers' operational infrastructure, governance, philosophy, processes, resources, and performance to support informed investment decisions.
• Monitor and oversee investment managers and external service providers to ensure alignment with objectives and standards.
• Communicate due diligence findings and recommendations to senior leadership through analyses and committee presentations.
• Collaborate with Investments, Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Risk Management to translate insights into business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance due diligence processes, reporting, controls, and technology solutions; lead or support initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency.
