What You Will Do

We seek a dedicated Regional Account Manager (RAM) to oversee sales and operations for York Residential and Light Commercial products. This role includes sales, technical support, and account management, serving as the primary contact within the territory. The ideal candidate will champion York Residential and Light Commercial systems, manage transactions, provide customer service, and foster partnerships with distributors and contractors. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

How You Will Do It
Sales Management and Business Growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for York HVAC products.
  • Identify new opportunities and maximize existing relationships.
  • Manage distributor pipelines and contractor engagement to drive sales.
Account Management and Single Point of Contact
  • Represent the company in all distributor and contractor interactions.
  • Coordinate across sales, operations, technical support, and service functions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Product Champion and Sales Support
  • Serve as the go-to expert for York products, including training and troubleshooting.
  • Support distributor sales teams and guide product applications and system optimization.
Operational and Transactional Management
  • Oversee order processing, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Address order accuracy, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Training and Market Development
  • Conduct training sessions and onboarding for contractors and distributors.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and provide market feedback.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience in HVAC or related industries, preferably with HVAC distributors.
  • Knowledge of Unitary HVAC products and applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the region.
