Job summary

JW Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Duct Install Apprentice to support lead installers on residential ductwork projects in the West Hollywood area. You will gather tools, assist with installations, and learn safety and quality practices on every job.

The role offers hands-on training in a dynamic field, with opportunities for growth, and a work environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in a general construction field.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer with residential duct work and gather components, parts, and tools for installation following safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, educate customers on new systems, and ensure project completion from start to finish.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and identify repair needs for ongoing reliability and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally.
• Follow safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used, completing reports and logs.
