The Air Duct Cleaning Technician position is a vital part of DUCTZ, contributing to the company's growth. Responsibilities:

• Clean and restore ductwork, HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
• Apply anti-microbial coatings
• Manage customer relations and ensure quality service
• Demonstrate trustworthiness and knowledge to customers
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations
• Collaborate effectively with team members and perform duties diligently
• Maintain the service vehicle and all equipment properly
• Follow safety rules, policies, and participate in safety and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of hands-on technical experience, preferably in HVAC, restoration, construction, or similar trades
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfort working in high areas or confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurability under company policy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Passion for teamwork and community involvement
• Certification training is a plus

Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $30.00 per hour.
