Apex Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air in Columbus and Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a motivated Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. You will provide professional duct and HVAC cleaning services while delivering a great experience for every customer.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow with the company. Experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance preferred
• Willingness to learn proper cleaning procedures
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements
• Valid driver's license preferred/required
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

• Perform air duct, vent, and HVAC system cleaning
• Set up and operate duct cleaning equipment, vacuums, brushes, and other tools
• Inspect ductwork and identify potential issues or damage
• Protect floors, furniture, and customer property during service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain services performed
• Complete job documentation and photos when required
• Follow all company safety procedures and standards

• Perform air duct, vent, and HVAC system cleaning
• Set up and operate duct cleaning equipment, vacuums, brushes, and other tools

Requirements

• Previous duct cleaning, HVAC, construction, or maintenance experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow proper cleaning procedures
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and confined spaces
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
• Valid driver's license preferred/required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Professional attitude and good customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
