Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking Duct Cleaners to join our growing Cincinnati team. This position offers a great entry into HVAC experience and a clear path to a career in the industry!

You will analyze HVAC systems, develop cleaning plans, quote prices for residential projects, and upsell other HVAC services while ensuring timely billing documentation is completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA safety requirements and procedures must be followed.
• Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions preferred.
• Must provide basic hand tools and have a personal vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the HVAC system and develop an appropriate cleaning plan.
• Suggest HVAC system improvements and maintenance plans to the customer.
• Quote cleaning prices for residential HVAC projects.
• Effectively sell additional other HVAC services.
• Complete daily paperwork and submit it for billing in a timely manner.
