Job summary

The Experis Technology Group is seeking a Duck Creek Product Manager to join the Product & Delivery organization in Princeton, NJ. You will own the Duck Creek roadmap for Policy, Billing, and Claims, translating business needs into actionable Agile delivery outcomes.

You will collaborate with underwriting, policy administration, and claims teams, lead backlog grooming and sprint planning, and ensure timely demonstrations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration, Billing and/or Claims.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (PC) insurance processes.
• Experience as Product Owner/PM/Lead BA.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum, backlog management and requirement prioritization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and user story definition.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Duck Creek roadmap for Policy, Billing, and Claims solutions, ensuring clear priorities and measurable delivery outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from insurance stakeholders, then translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a well-maintained product backlog.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams (underwriting, policy administration, claims) and Agile delivery teams to drive alignment and successful implementation.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations to ensure the team delivers the right capabilities at the right time.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business SMEs to deliver high-quality Duck Creek solutions, support UAT activities, and secure stakeholder signoffs.

The ideal candidate will have strong product leadership, deep Duck Creek insurance platform expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable Agile delivery outcomes.

• Strong experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration, Billing and/or Claims.

• Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and requirement prioritization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including user story creation and acceptance criteria definition.
