Englefield, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager I to lead Duchess at the Polaris Parkway area. You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, and financial performance while building a team that shares our community-first values.

You will manage operations end-to-end, foster vendor and customer relationships, and drive growth through KPI-focused leadership and a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven leadership with coaching and team-building abilities.
• Strong operational know-how in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic software; ServeSafe certification is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our values and commitment to service

• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to drive growth

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food service regulations
• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.

• Experience – 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles
• Leadership – A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example
• Operational know-how – Skilled in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations
• Problem-solving mindset – Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
