Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes staffing, inventory control, scheduling, and maintaining a welcoming, compliant store environment.

You will manage vendor relations, monitor performance metrics, and drive growth while modeling integrity and a customer-first mindset in every shift.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Leadership: A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example.
• Operational know-how: Skilled in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset: Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
• Tech comfort: Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification: Required or willingness to obtain.
• Values-driven: Committed to honesty, respect, and community focus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
