ImpactLife's Donor Services Phlebotomy team seeks a Collection Specialist to support donor registrations, screenings, physicals, phlebotomy and donor care during donation. This is a Full Time/30+ position with varied hours including days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work with the public and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Understanding of and ability to follow SOPs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• May require training away from home up to two weeks.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required.

As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as provide donor care during the donation process.

This is a Full Time/30+ position working30-39 hours per week and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
