Job summary

PER, a premier investment office, seeks a Vice President of Group Accounting and Reporting to lead group accounting, consolidation and statutory reporting for a complex investment structure. The role interfaces with senior stakeholders to ensure accurate financial governance and robust controls across the Group.

The successful candidate will oversee financial data flows, drive IFRS compliance, and partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance systems—including NetSuite—and to advance automation

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with IFRS and consolidation expertise.
• Experience managing external audits and statutory reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
• IFRS knowledge and strong technical accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group accounting, consolidation and reporting across entities.
• Coordinate group audits with external auditors and tax teams.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and robust control environment.
• Act as NetSuite power user to optimize finance systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology and Data teams to drive automation and AI initiatives.
• Govern intercompany transactions, SPV capitalisation and transfer pricing.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and controls.
