Ellie Mental Health in La Vista, NE is seeking a dually licensed BCBA and mental health practitioner to provide outpatient behaviorally-focused therapy for kids and teens. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in a welcoming lakeside clinic.

The role offers strong clinician support with weekly group supervision, collaboration with families, schools, and medical providers, and opportunities to develop clinical specialties

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active clinical license in Nebraska (LMFT, LADC, LPCC, LIMHP, LMHP, or LICSW AND LBA)
• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism
• Collaborative mindset
• Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR); Valant experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behaviorally-focused therapy to kids and teens
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations
• Approximately 20 sessions per week for provisionally licensed and 24 per week for fully licensed
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation
