Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in La Vista is seeking licensed mental health practitioners to deliver outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, or families in a lakeside setting designed to support meaningful therapeutic work.

The role emphasizes collaborative supervision, diverse clinical perspectives guiding operations, and opportunities to pursue specialties and certifications such as art therapy and parent-child interaction therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active clinical license in Nebraska (LMFT, LADC, LPCC, LIMHP, LMHP, LICSW).
• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR); Valant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, or families
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations
• Approximately 20 sessions per week for provisionally licensed and 24 per week for fully licensed
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation
