Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in La Vista is seeking fully or provisionally licensed mental health practitioners who are passionate about exceptional client care and want to practice in a workplace where clinicians are genuinely supported and the lakeside setting helps create a calming environment.

The clinic offers weekly group supervision, diverse clinical perspectives guiding operations, and opportunities to pursue certifications such as art therapy and parent-child interaction therapy; compensation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active clinical license in Nebraska (LMFT, LADC, LPCC, LIMHP, LMHP, LICSW).
• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR); Valant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, or families
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations
• Approximately 20 sessions per week for provisionally licensed and 24 per week for fully licensed
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation
