Location: Zionsville, Indiana

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30 - 40 per hour

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm

Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities:

• They will have the ability to make a large impact on our members, especially our Medicaid population. They will also be working with team members who have been on the team for years and will be able to share their experience and knowledge. They will enhance existing processes and present their findings to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Required: BA Preferred: Data analytic related degree
• Must haves: 3+ years of analytic experience with SQL, Teradata, and POWER BI. Reconciliation experience comparing two large data sets to identify reconciling items. Validation experience to confirm if outputs are accurate. Ability to quickly shift priorities based on business needs. Effective communicator who is comfortable giving presentations of findings.
• Nice to haves: Healthcare analytic experience and JIRA experience.
• Disqualifiers: No SQL or Teradata experience
• Performance indicators: Accuracy, timeliness, and quantity of data reports.
