Appvion, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Millwright & Pipefitter) to maintain, repair, and install industrial machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly and quality standards are met.

You will work with engineers and operations teams, apply preventative maintenance, and participate in continuous improvement to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• 4-year apprenticeship (Millwright or Pipefitter) with journeyman's card required.
• Dual trade journeyman’s card preferred.
• Certified Millwright or Pipefitter with 5 years of experience.
• Willingness to continue education to become dual-trade journeyman performing both Millwright and Pipefitting duties.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and dismantle mechanical systems and machinery
• Apply preventative and predictive maintenance to identify and resolve equipment issues

• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and document maintenance activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
