Bloomingdale's is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Dual-Store (SMODS) to lead teams across multiple units, driving store success and a premier customer experience. You will balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations to deliver strong sales and EBIT results.

The role emphasizes developing processes, managing costs, and collaborating with central and local leadership to maximize store performance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of direct operations experience in multi-unit retail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required for reporting and analysis.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on profitability and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse operations team across multiple units to balance creativity with commerce.
• Drive approvals and execution of store initiatives to improve sales and EBIT.
• Develop processes to drive sales, optimize fulfillment, manage expenses, and improve HUR (hours utilization) metrics.
• Partner with central and in-store leadership to implement strategic programs and improve compliance.
• Manage staffing and training for operations/supervisory roles and ensure a customer-first environment.
