Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support our two Minnesota school sites for the upcoming academic year. This contract role emphasizes psych evaluations, IEP participation, counseling, and crisis support to students in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in school settings, flexibility for dual-site assignments, and a commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practices.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state School Psychologist license required.
• Experience in school-based psychology settings preferred.
• Able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, faculty, and families.
• Flexibility to work at dual site locations as assigned.
• Proven ability to adapt to varying caseloads.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and assessments.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to develop support strategies.
• Consult with parents/guardians to facilitate student development and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school and state guidelines.
