Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as GM or multi-site manager
• Proven profitability, customer service, and guest satisfaction
• Experience managing P&L, staffing, labor costs, and POS systems
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and venue operations

Responsibilities

• Lead teams across two venues with focus on guest service
• Manage daily venue operations and retail experiences
• Drive local marketing and events to boost bookings and foot traffic
• Own budgets, payroll, scheduling, POS, and P&L oversight
• Monitor revenue, guest satisfaction, and labor performance
• Handle group inquiries with confident sales communication
• Support pre-opening launch and establish brand standards
