Dual-Site Apartment Maintenance Technician II

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $26.48 to $33.11, depending on experience, with an annual starting salary between $55,078 and $68,868. There is also an average quarterly bonus of $400, totaling approximately $1,600 annually. Total annual compensation ranges from $56,678 to $70,468.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
  • Complete work orders efficiently, ensuring closure within 24 hours using Yardi system.
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting and cleaning.
  • Respond to emergency repairs and after-hours calls; weekend work required.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
  • Ensure safety and compliance, maintaining a clean environment with proper PPE.
  • Manage maintenance supplies and inventory.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using digital devices.
  • Interact professionally with residents, vendors, and contractors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with property management to resolve issues.
