Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking friendly table game dealers to join our team in Missouri.

You will deal Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and other games while ensuring accuracy, game security, and adherence to policies. Starting at $24.00 per hour, we offer full-time or part-time opportunities with day-one benefits, strong customer service expectations, and opportunities to grow with Penn Entertainment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and fluency in English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain energy and take a proactive approach to issues.
• Work collaboratively and communicate with team members at all levels.
• Accurately perform basic math to figure payoffs.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate dealing at assigned table games.
• Follow game procedures for Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and other variations.
• Perform chip and cash transactions accurately.
• Receive wagers and pay outcomes to customers.
• Maintain game security and protect company assets.
• Explain rules to customers and ensure adherence to policies.
