Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage seeks a dual-role Cage Shift Supervisor and Main Banker. You will supervise cage operations, handle cash exchanges, deposits and banking tasks, while ensuring AML compliance and guest service excellence.

Strong English communication and supervisory skills are essential in a fast-paced casino setting. Proficiency with a Ten Key Adding Machine and experience in high-volume cash operations are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in high-volume cash operations.
• Proficient in Ten Key Adding Machine and basic office equipment.
• Strong communication in English and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to supervise and train cage staff while maintaining security and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cage operations during a shift ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise cage cashiers and maintain security of company funds.
• Investigate variances (over/shorts) and document findings.
• Handle guest inquiries and maintain exceptional guest service.
• Ensure AML and internal control procedures are followed.

As Cage Shift Supervisor, responsible and accountable for the operations of the cage activities during a shift. As Main Banker, will perform cage cash transaction.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)As Cage Shift Supervisor:Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements.Maintain security and accountability of company funds located in cage during designated assignment to include training of cage team members.Must be able to work in a window when necessary.Supervise cage cashiers.
