Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Service Technician II responsible for repair and maintenance of casino/hotel buildings and grounds. The role may fill in as Facilities Shift Manager when needed.

Eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, you will work within safety standards and provide exceptional service to patrons. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and performing routine tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in maintaining and cleaning building grounds (sweeping, snow removal, mowing, watering).
• Repair and maintain physical structures of the casino.
• Replace defective electrical switches and lighting equipment; troubleshoot electrical problems.
• Repair or replace locks and mechanical equipment; repair plumbing fixtures.
• Diagnose heating and air conditioning issues and take action.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks daily and ensure safety of personnel and facilities.
• Maintain public areas free of litter and debris; ensure safety and cleanliness of entrances.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facilities equipment; follow safety and environmental policies.
• Complete required SGC training within nine months; attend necessary meetings.
