Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Regular Hourly Full-Time Dual Rate EVS Attendant in Nichols, NY. The role leads EVS operations, supports team members, and ensures clean, safe spaces across the facility, including the gaming floor and restrooms.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVS operations in the absence of the Lead EVS Attendant.
• Support and guide EVS team members to ensure top-tier performance.
• Champion safety to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for guests and staff.
• Conduct daily inspections to meet our high standards for all areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public spaces, gaming floor, restrooms, parking areas, offices, and more.
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of special events.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Assign and direct daily tasks efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Step up as a leader by overseeing EVS operations in the absence of the Lead EVS Attendant
• Support and guide EVS team members to ensure top-tier performance
• Champion safety initiatives to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for guests and staff
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure all areas meet our high standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public spaces, gaming floor, restrooms, parking areas, offices, and more
• Collaborate with other departments to set up and break down special events

What You Bring

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll be moving throughout the facility—standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and staying engaged with your surroundings to ensure everything meets our standards.

You’ll work in a variety of settings, from indoor public areas to occasional outdoor spaces. Expect a lively atmosphere—especially on the gaming floor where energy (and noise) runs high.
